Lleolir yr ysgol ym mhentref Llangristiolus, yn agos at yr A5 rhwng Llangefni a Mona. Mae'r ysgol yn gwasanaethu plant y pentref ynghyd ag ardal wledig sy'n lledaenu o'r A5 ac yn cynnwys Paradwys, Capel Mawr a Cherrig Ceinwen.
Rhennir y plant yn bedwar dosbarth a chyflogir pedair athrawes llawn amser, dwy gymhorthydd hanner amser a chwech cymhorthyddion intergreiddio rhan amser a llawn amser. Gwasanaethir yr ysgol gan Uned Feithrin Llangristiolus a derbynnir plant i'r ysgol yn y mis Medi yn dilyn eu penblwydd yn 4 oed. Mae mwyafrif y disgyblion yn trosglwyddo i Ysgol Gyfun Llangefni.
Mae oddeutu 76% o blant yr ysgol yn siarad Cymraeg yn rhugl ac mae 62% yn dod o gartrefi lle mae'r Gymraeg yn iaith gyntaf. Gweithredir polisi dwy-ieithog gyda'r nod o gael y plant yn hyderus yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg erbyn diwedd eu gyrfa yn yr ysgol. Y Gymraeg yw iaith weithredol yr ysgol o ddydd i ddydd.
Nôd yr ysgol hon yw sicrhau addysg o'r ansawdd gorau posib sydd yn anelu at ddatblygu i'r eithaf potensial pob unigolyn o ba bynnag ryw, cefndir a gallu, a rhoi iddo'r arfau addysgol a chymdeithasol angenrheidiol ar gyfer ei ddyfodol.

The school is for pupils aged 4 to 11 year olds.
It is located in the village of Llangristiolus, near the A5, between Llangefni and Mona. The school provides a service for the children in the village and the rural vicinity including Paradwys, Capel Mawr and Cerrig Ceinwen.
The children are divided into four classrooms with four full time teachers, two part time assistants and six full time and part time integrating assistants . The children are admitted mostly from the local Nursery School, in the September following their 4th birthday.
Approximately 76% of the children in the school speak Welsh fluently and 62% come from homes where Welsh is spoken as a first language. The school operates a bilingual policy with the aim of getting children to speak Welsh and English confidently by the end of year six. Welsh is the operative language on a day to day basis.
The aim of this school is to provide the best education possible with the intention of developing each child to his/her full potential regardless of sex, background and ability, and give them essential social and educational skills for the future.
